The iAgora Application Summary presents applicants to your specific job in an easy to scan format and lets you identify the best candidates with maximum speed. We created it because we found that receiving applications to our own company by email was extremely inefficient.
On the first page of the Summary, you will see ONLY those applicants who fulfill ALL of your pre-selection criteria. You can see all the applicants on the second page of the summary.
The information about applicants is presented in table format. Before you even decide if you want to read the CV or cover letter, you will be able to see and compare:

Nationality
Home and study abroad universities
Field of study and graduation date
Languages spoken & level of fluency
Work experiences
